Exact pixel size and other options
or drop images here to get them under 100 KBJPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and more. Nothing is uploaded. You can also paste a screenshot.
How it works
- The limit is set to 100 KB; change it if your form says otherwise, or add a minimum.
- Open the options to add an exact pixel size when the rule gives one.
- Drop the images. The ruler under each shows where the result landed against the limit.
- Download one, or all as a ZIP.
Who needs 100 KB
One hundred kilobytes is the limit you meet on job boards, government service portals, school systems and many email forms. It is also a sensible budget for a product thumbnail on a web page. At this size a good phone photo keeps almost all of its visible detail once it is resized to around 1000 pixels.
- Job portal and CV photos
- Government e-service uploads
- Website thumbnails and blog images
What to expect at 100 KB
For a photo already sized for the web, the tool usually only has to nudge the quality. For a straight-from-camera file it will reduce the pixel size as well; the result shows the final dimensions so you can check they are still enough.
