Image to PDF
Turn photos and scans into one PDF, a page per image, in the order you choose. Set a KB limit and the whole file is made to fit it.
How it works
- Choose the page size, orientation and margin. A4 with a small margin suits most application forms.
- If the portal caps the file, tick the size limit and type it, for example 100 KB.
- Add the images. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos all work.
- Put the pages in order by dragging the rows or with the arrow buttons.
- Press Create PDF, check the size, and download.
One PDF for a multi-page document
Many portals ask for a single PDF where you have several photos: both sides of an ID card, every page of a marksheet, or a caste certificate and its attachment. Photograph or scan each page, add them here in order, and they come out as one file with a page each.
When the limit is very small
A 100 KB PDF holds one photographed page comfortably and three or four at reduced sharpness. Cropping each photo to the paper first, with the crop tool, removes the table and background around it and leaves more of the budget for the text. For a single photo or signature that must be a JPG rather than a PDF, use compress to a KB size instead.
