- The preset is set to 400 × 500 px, JPG, 20 KB to 100 KB.
- Drop your photo. It is cropped around the centre to the exact shape, then compressed until it fits.
- Check the row: size, pixels, and whether it cleared the minimum.

Before you upload
- Sign three times on one sheet, leaving a finger's width between signatures, and photograph or scan it straight on. Crop to the block of three with the crop tool at 4:5 before applying the preset, so the top or bottom signature is not cut.
- The preset outputs 400 × 500 pixels, inside the 350 to 500 band on both sides. Signatures on white paper compress well, so the tool raises quality to clear the 20 KB floor, and pads the JPEG with comment bytes if quality alone is not enough.
- Rename the download to signature.jpg before uploading.
